Please read these terms carefully before booking driving lessons with Ruhi Driving School.
1. General Information
By using our website or booking lessons, you agree to these terms and conditions.
These terms apply to all driving lesson bookings, website use, and services provided by Ruhi Driving School.
2. Lesson Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Lesson dates and times may change depending on instructor availability, weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payments & Fees
Lesson fees must be paid as agreed before or during the lesson.
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Package inclusions will be clearly explained
- This does not include the VicRoads fee unless specifically mentioned
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We request advance notice for cancellations or lesson changes.
- At least 24 hours’ notice is preferred
- Late cancellations may result in cancellation charges
- Ruhi Driving School may reschedule lessons when necessary
5. Student Responsibilities
Students must follow instructor guidance and road safety rules.
Students are responsible for:
- Carrying a valid learner permit or licence
- Arriving on time for lessons
- Following all road rules and instructor directions
- Informing the instructor about any medical condition affecting driving ability
6. Safety & Behaviour
We maintain a respectful and safe learning environment.
Unsafe behaviour, abusive language, alcohol, drugs, or misconduct may result in lesson cancellation without refund.
7. Driving Tests
We help students prepare confidently for their driving tests.
Ruhi Driving School aims to help students become safe and confident drivers; however, passing the driving test cannot be guaranteed. Test availability and final decisions are controlled by VicRoads.
8. Website Content
All website content belongs to Ruhi Driving School.
Text, branding, graphics, images, and website materials may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Ruhi Driving School is not liable for:
- Traffic delays
- Weather disruptions
- Test cancellations
- Personal belongings left in vehicles
- Indirect losses or damages
10. Updates to Terms
These terms may change from time to time.
Ruhi Driving School reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
